These roles exist to be the central point of contact for sourcing, leading initiatives and projects with cross-functional partners within the Brand and suppliers.
The Sourcing Managers will be responsible for:
Negotiating programme pricing, margins, and delivery
Overseeing development critical paths to ensure all samples hit the required buy ready date.
Aligning with the technical team on key dates for sample management.
Reviewing raw material commitments and ensuring NOOS on key raw material
Aligning with raw materials to ensure to hit the regional legislation for the product vendor.
Lead interdepartmental communication as the operations lead within your category.
Constantly improve service, cost, and quality
Management of Vendor contracts.
Overview the data quality and ensure all attributions is correct.
Execution of Sourcing SOPs & implantation across the team
Proactively monitor capacity and optimize utilisation and hitting the set KPI’s.
Support supplier management, providing feedback and suggesting actions in line with strategic direction, and with Sourcing Directors guidance.
Manage supplier Scorecards from a sourcing POV, working with vendors on improvement plans.
Work closely with material on developing a raw material matrix for good, better, best
Manage and support projects within deadlines and in line with the strategic goals of the department.
Create and oversee a robust rebuy process.
Monthly supplier meeting discussing key headlines.
Providing coaching and guidance to subordinates on sourcing activities.
Travelling to factories to assess capacity, samples, technical ability, and requirements for delivery.
Overseeing order placement and execution meets expectations on capability, capacity, quality, and performance.
Manage adhoc brand/commercial/design projects outside of the standard calendars.
Ensuring appropriate, workable TNA across locations and work in process for order execution
Reviewing and reporting on a regular basis to support delivery of the product strategy
Providing insight on product re-engineering opportunities to improve product and lower cost.
Identifying vendor partners for key product categories, building season sourcing strategies
Onboarding new vendors in line with requirements working alongside ethical and sustainability
Building innovation partnerships with mills, garment, and accessory manufacturers

Report on Key Departmental KPI’s
Work with our cost accountant on Cash forecasting for accurate spend reporting
Preparing the monthly faulty stock & claim report, fabric, and trim liability
Managing Development critical path; creating exception reports for weekly meetings
Planning work, designing jobs, delegating, and managing team performance culture
Cascading information and providing context for team priorities
Creating a culture of belonging that everybody wants to be part of
Recognising and leveraging diversity across the team
Accountable for facilitating the movement of the performance needle in all manager-based metrics in Officevibe
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
