Our Client is a successful Menswear Brand founded to deliver on a promise of better fit.

They are currently in a period of high growth driven by a rapid expansion in the range and looking to recruit a Menswear Technologist to deliver a high quality range.

In this role you would ….

• Organise fit sessions, write up findings and insitghts, and reflect in block work and measurement specs

• Liase with factories to update patterns and update the pattern library

• Book in samples as they arrive, and meet clear standards in terms of comment

turnaround for Protos, PPS’s and Top-Samples

• Undertake factory visits to inspect inline and in QC, spot issues and recommend process improvements

• Aggregate and analyse QC results and test reports, sharing the findings, and escalating where necessary

You will bring:

• Experience in and authentic passion for menswear

• Ideally a focus on tailoring and wovens at the premium or luxury end of the market

• Wild attention to detail, and luxury-grade standards for product quality. You miss nothing - and you are motivated by making beautiful product

• High levels of organisation, evident in planning, project management and time management skills.

• Experience in organising and running fit sessions, drawing conclusions, and arriving at clear actions.

• High level of comfort in XLS

• Tons of hustle: a track record of self-starting and un-blocking in low-structure environments. You know how to figure it out!

• A willingness to be in the office in Richmond 4 days a week

• A willingness to travel, often at short notice
