Overview of the role:
Responsible for sourcing, developing and delivering a commercially focused and well balance product range alongside the Merchandiser
Aiming to develop ranges to maximize sales and profit aligned to brand market position/ value.
Continually exceed customer expectations through delivering a consistent , commercial , well balanced range
Working as part of a team with merchandising, design & QA. Achieving goals in a timely manner
Building effective working relationships across the business and developing team members to reach their maximum potential.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential
Creative mind with attention to detail
This is a fast paced and challenging role. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines along with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
Candidate requirements:
Relevant experience in a similar role either as a Buyer or Senior Buyer

The role is based in Carlisle Monday to Friday so candidates must live within commuting distance or be able to relocate.
