We’re looking for an experienced Style Advisor to join the team of a premium womenswear brand.
Working in their new store a minimum of 4 full days a week including at least 2 weekend days a month ( Saturday or Sunday ) Candidates must have the flexibility to work across 7 days a week with 8 hour shift working patterns ranging from 10am to 7pm (possible Thursday evenings / Xmas) .
The brand’s sales advisors must be warm, friendly, and focussed on offering exceptional advice and service to every customer.
Required skills

Customer focussed experience, working in a premium retail environment.
A genuine love of fashion and people.
Your Responsibilities:
Providing all customers with excellent customer service.
Ensuring you have a full understanding of our brand strategy and the current range.
Awareness of new products, styles, fits and fabric qualities.
Confident in assessing the customer’s needs, and making product recommendations where
applicable.
Tactful and authoritative customer product and styling advice.
Ability to deal with delicate customer issues.
Awareness of the company store procedures.
Confidence to manage opening and closing duties and support when necessary.
Be confident with till functions.
Excellent and confident telephone etiquette.
Maintaining store visual merchandising standards.
Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.
Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.
Being responsible for own H&S and ensuring H&S processes are followed in store.
