Sales Manager - Womenswear. Part time and flexible!

Part time permanent

Our client is a small but highly successful supplier looking for an established Sales Manager to

develop and grow the Customer base for products which are predominantly jersey, loungewear and

activewear for High Street fashion.

The role is to be worked on a part-time permanent or freelance basis working on 24 hours per week

on a flexible basis.

This can be worked 6 hours per day over 3 days or other combinations and either working remotley or in the office.

Renumeration will be either a small salary, negotiable, with 2% commission or commission only with 6% commission.

Key Responsibilities include

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses

• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them

• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

• Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer

(VOC) data to superiors.
