Our client is a niche recruitment consultancy within the Fashion, Retail and Lifestyle Industries and their supply chain. They have a small team who are very successful in their field. They operate in the UK as well as internationally. They have a pragmatic approach to exploring new business opportunities and are expanding their services in response to current demand to include IT, e-commerce, Commercial Analysis, Digital Marketing and Transformation.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join the existing team; this new division will focus on the recruitment of IT and Digital expertise from Assistant to Executive level.
Well-connected candidates from a Recruitment background and with a sound knowledge of the IT and Digital market would be suitable. Candidates from outside Fashion, Retail and Lifestyle sector are encouraged to apply
The role is focused on lead generation and building client and consultant relationships. The initial task will be to establish the new division and secure vacancies whilst concurrently building a database of potential consultants and candidates. After the initial phase, the successful candidate will expand the role within the company, develop ongoing Client relationships and taking full ownership of the division.
The successful candidate will work within an established framework and proven business model.
Excellent support services will be available to establish this new department.

Skills required
An in depth knowledge of Recruitment in IT and Digital sector is essential for this role

Good organisational skills with the ability to adapt to existing systems.
Ability to work well as part of a small team and independently
Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level with good computer skills
Flexibility in approach and willingness to accept additional responsibilities
A second European language (German/French) would be an advantage but not essential
Hours and salary
This is a full-time role. The position can be managed remotely.
