We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join a luxury goods manufacturer based in Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate to join and grow with the Brand as they expand and develop their range.

Job Role

Fill in daily data on the repairs and reject sheet of repairs and rejects found on the production floor
Maintain and manage daily data onto the weekly and monthly repairs and reject sheet
Maintain and manage monthly quality graphs for preparation and assembly sections
Roving QA checks on all sections from preparation to assembly.
QA checks against specification sheet in all areas from prep to main assembly
QA checks on main assembly line of each product in each section
Identify faults and repairs. Fix before more value is added further down the assembly line in order to prevent faults from being worked into finished product.
Work closely with raw material check in clerk / stock controller to identify defective materials before issued to production.
Be flexible to the constant changing needs of the business and a willingness to take on more areas of responsibility as and when necessary.
