We have an excellent role for an experienced Senior Production Manager: Assembly line to join a highly successful luxury luggage Brand.

The Production Manager will report directly into the Head of Production and manage a team of 4 Line Managers and approximately 30 assembly line workers, to produce quality products with maximum efficiency.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in a production manager capacity and running an assembly line is essential for this role, not necessarily in luggage, but some experience of working with leather products would be a distinct advantage.

• Must have solid work study knowledge of manufacturing principles

• Proven track record of making improvements in efficiency and productivity

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

• Proven track record of motivating and building teams

• Must possess good computer skills and be proficient in excel and work.

• Self-starter - ability to work alone and part of a team.

• Must not be afraid of long hours including weekends if necessary
