Our Client, a global leader in survival and safety wear have been awarded a prestigious contract producing critical care gowns for the NHS at high volume.

They have ambitious efficiency targets to achieve and are recruiting an experienced Industrial Engineer / Lean Expert to run and manage a busy shop floor and provide industrial engineering support into their PPE Manufacturing cell.

Applicants must have the following attributes:

Experience in high volume production
Proven achievements in SMV capability / efficiency experience
Knowledge of latest equipment technology
Excellent understanding of the methodology of garment construction
Experienced in Lean principles

This is initially a years’ contract; either a Fixed Term Contract or a freelance day rate would be considered.
