We have an exciting opportunity for a Buyers Admin Assistant to join the Buying Team of a busy Head Office in Carlisle.
Main responsibilities include:
Admin control and desk management – emails/files/diaries/ processes
Seasonal sample range management – all collections/all critical paths/all departments.
Diary management and awareness – key meetings/critical paths.
Approvals to suppliers – trims/buttons/threads/embroideries and so on. Email management
Booking bought sample process
Returning bought sample process.
Creating visual range plans
Photoshoot sample ordering - Emails. Documentation for tracking process. Chasing suppliers for the deadline.
Travel and Business Trips – hotels/trains and planes. Booking responsibility.
Range manual stores– working with the Marketing department, Merchandising and Design.
Windows – sample provision and data recording.
Photography – Web photo management – Sample provision.
Corporate card maintenance + expenses management.
Sample sale and warehouse archive room maintenance.
Shipping samples – merchandising requirement.
Focus Groups – team effort to prepare and manage the research process re: sample preparation/transportation
Supplier samples – recording intake date.
Research – fabric dispatch for cross sourcing.
Colour standards – document creation for dispatch to Suppliers after sign off.
Prototype file management – Design prototype documents. All collections.
Create Trim Specifications
Competitor shop reports – written and photographic
Postal Procedures
